Zone Tennis Racket
What high street stores sell tennis rackets in central London?
I'm looking for a bricks & mortar store so that I can view and test rackets before purchasing and preferably for a specialist store in zone 1 so that there are numerous choices rather than only 1-5 types of rackets.
Lilywhites, Picadilly Circus is your best bet. Or try John Lewis on Oxford Street. There is a tennis specialist near Goodge St, but it's quite hard to explain where.

The No Pee Zone
What is a good tennis racket for me?
I currently have a Prince triple threat scream. I think I could use a more advanced racket. I like HEAD also, and I was looking at microgel extreme team. I probably have about an L2 swing. Its not very long, but not at all short. I love spin, top and back. And I like it to be in 10 ounce zone around 100 cm. I know that's being picky, but I will appreciate any feedback. Thanks!
Sounds like you know what you want, now you only have to find someone who makes it!
Head is a very good Racquet manufacturer...as are Prince, Wilson, Dunlop, Babolat... . All the major brands make great Racquets for all levels so it usually comes down to preference... TRY THEM ALL!
Your best bet is a Racquet Demo program.
These programs allow you to play with different frame to see how you like them before you pay a bundle for a frame you don't like.
Take your list of preferences to a Local tennis store (or Tennis warehouse on-line) and see if they have such a program.
You may have to pay "rent" on the frames you use, but some stores will allow you to apply the money towards the purchase price of whatever racquet you eventually choose.
Your swing sounds medium and that fits with the 100 head size.
Using smaller diameter strings will help with the spin but you might want to use polyester strings for durability.
I would suggest no less than 10.5 ounces of strung weight. The pros play with weights up to 14.5ozs and even the women play with frames regularly over 10. Good Rule is the heaviest racquet you can swing that doesn't slow your swing down.
Other than that it comes down to what feels good. That's pretty much personal preference. If you are comfortable with it you'll play better.
