Wimbledon Tennis Clothes

Too many needless luxuries in tennis?
What do you think about the lengths sponsors are going to these days to provide players with luxury clothing and gear (i.e. Federer's Wimbledon outfit and Serena's gold-inlaid racket)? Doesn't it seem a bit excessive for something like tennis, which in the grand scheme of things, is still just a sport? Couldn't that money be better spent elsewhere? I think both players and fans alike would survive without these things.
Its an attempt to bring tennis mainstream... not a lot of people dig tennis ( I played at collegiate level, just so you know.) Most people thing your gay if you play, which is nothing wrong with that, but people need to see tennis is an awesome sport which can be very difficult to play and takes a great deal of conditioning, like swimming, water polo, soccer, and basketball. Tennis is awsome with a rich history and the sponsors are just trying to make tennis big. yes, theyre making a buck on it, but kudos for them for acutually giving it the attention it deserves....

Would you rather (tennis style)
?
Would you rather...
Get the chance to play Federer in an exo at wimbledon but you have to do it naked
OR
Play Tommy Haas in Dubai but fullly clothed
Difficult choice, risk humiliation to get the chance to play Roger or have a great time, dignity intact but miss a great opportunity
Thoughts and stars pretty please lovely tennis fans!
Hilarious answers
let's say Roger would be forced to go along with it
I'm a FedFan and this would be a super hard choice for me. I'm a Haas fan too, i'd have to get creative with some body paints i think
even so, i'd most likely chicken out.
By the way, it is a would you rather
we don't actually have to book Federer or anything so it's pretend
i know he'd never agree, that isn't the point. It's a bit of fun
the point is whether you'd be willing to get naked in front of millions to get the chance to play the greatest (ok..arguably
).
To be the clothes and tennis player weren't the deciding factor. It was the location, Dubai. Dubai might be the COOLEST place in the world, it is like the Jetsons there. It is so futuristic in modern. There are underwater motels, and they basically have the biggest EVERYTHING there (mall, amusement park, building). I also loooove Tommy Haas, so it would be cool. If it were say, Tommy Haas in some gross south Asian country, I would have picked Federer. I wouldn't care about the nudity, he's a guy, I'm a guy, whatever../
