Wilson Pro Staff Tennis Do Tennis Racquets go bad?
I've been using the same Wilson Pro Staff 6.1 Classic for 15 years + and haven't felt the need to switch. I am wondering if racquet wear and tear may be hindering my game and I might not know it.
in my opinion..(and most other players)..it wont go bad and should be good until u actually "break" it..but some touring and TEACHING pros say a rackt can often lose its "pop" or feel for the ball..they also refer to it as "going dead"..but like i said..i dont personally think thats rlly true..however...technology has greatly improved over the years..so i would look in to upgrading...good luck!

Which tennis racket sounds the best?
Basically, I'm 14 and and Intermediate/experienced tennis player. I am looking to buy a new racket, I have seen 2 that look great but I still don't know which one to get. I am using a Babolat pure drive at the moment and the ones I am looking at are the new wilson pro staff 88 and the babolat earo cortex 112. Which one should i get?
All are good racquets if your going for lots of control, volley,plow through, and serve. then go with the pro staff 88 if the other is 112 then its all about power and lacks control, so depends on your gameplay are you just an all out power hitter? looking to overwhelm your opposition. or someone who has a plan in mind and is going to execute it? i recommend if you're leaning towards the k pro staff is too demo it with the k.61 95 greatt control and is also more forgiving than the pro staff! and since you might be possibly demoing racquets try the new head youtek pro, its got great control and a very nice sweeet spot for those on the run shots.
