where can you find Kids white canvas "generic Keds" tennis shoes for painting?
I need kid sizes. I make a lot of hair bows for my daughter and I have been wanting to try and find these shoes, so I can start making her matching shoes for her dresses. I was looking for an inexpensive alternative to the KEDS canvas white tennis shoes. I have been looking online at craft store and have not had a whole lot of luck. whole sale stores, basic stores, or craft stores......any info that you have would be great! THanks so much!!!

where can i buy plain white canvas tennis shoes for under $5?
looking for kids and ind=fants sizes, but can`t seem to find anything wholesale..want to buy abour 15 pair at a time..thanks!!

I have had decent luck with shoes for both kids at Payless – sandels for both kids and tennis shoes for Cooper. I know 'they' say you should put the kids in something soft-soled and flexible for walking, but I too couldn't deal with the pricetag that the recommended footwear comes with! We let the kids go barefoot as much as possible when they were first starting to walk, and did tennis shoes and sandles when they were outside – they probably tripped and fell a little more often than they would have in something softer, but such is life!
Our daughter has four pairs of shoes and another pair on the way. One pair is tennis shoes, another pair are kind of tennis shoes that she scuffed the hell out of but still fit so…, another pair are gold maryjanes, another pair are fake uggs (too damn cute), and the pair on the way are some snow boots.
Excessive? A bit…but in my defense, the gold maryjanes, tennis shoes and fake uggs were all bought with her birthday money while she was with us and she picked them out.
Also? I usually try to have two pairs of shoes for her at all times so she doesn't have to wear the same pair every day — we don't so why should they? Feet wear differently and need a switch up.
