Question about tennis?
Happy new year everyone! yup, new year, new racquets being released. i'm so pumped. i want to get the new speedport white, since last year, i wanted the o3 white, but i instead went with the lighter, prince ozone seven. as of now, i feel like i need a more forgiving frame, and a racquet with easy access to spin. right now, my eyes are on the speedport white though [http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/descpage.html?PCODE=PSP03W]
here's how i play..
'style': aggressive all courter
i love hitting my [2h] backhand. my forehand kind of runs off all loose, and sometimes i accidentally follow through my right shoulder, even though i'm right handed, kind of like Maria Sharapova's forehand follow through.
I'm just looking for a good, balanced, heavier racquet, for more control too. What do you think I should get?
My price range..i'd say ANYTHING, but the highest i'll go is
200$.

You bought the ozone seven last year and want a new racquet now? It's just my opinion, but you should pick a racquet and stick with it for several years.
Now, I will agree that the ozone seven probably isn't right for you. It's too light for somebody with a full swing. That thing has power, and is made for people who can't create their own. If you are having trouble controlling your shots, your racquet is too light.
If you want to stick with prince, the speedport white could work, but you might also want to try something heavier. I would suggest looking more at any of their tour racquets. The extra weight in those will help with control. If you get something a little more head light, you will be able to get faster head speed on the racquet, which will help create spin. Also, you might want to look for more open string patterns (16x18 to 16x20). The open string pattern will bite the ball a little more for extra spin. That being said, I use an 18x20 racquet, and get all the spin I need from it. It all depends on your technique.
I also have to say, though, try the racquets first. That's the most important thing to do here. Nobody can tell you exactly what you want, because it's a matter of personal feel. It sounds like you know what you are looking for, so try out 5 or so racquets that might fit the bill, and pick whichever you like the best. If you don't like any of them, keep trying until you find what you are looking for.
