Top 3 tips to lose more fat

In this article I am going to show you how to lose more fat. Yes I am talking about
real fat here and not water weight or lean muscle mass. That’s the problem with the
most popular diets out there. You may lose weight with it but they are not effective to
get rid of real body fat.

Starving yourself will only make you fatter

Starving yourself is the less effective method to lose fat. In fact skipping meals will
make you fatter. If you starve yourself your body goes into a survival mode and
therefore your metabolism works slower. If you metabolism works slower it burns
less calories and therefore less bodyfat as well.

What you must do instead is eating smaller but more frequent during the day. It is
recommended to eat at least 5 or 6 healthy meals.

Choose your fat burning exercises wisely
Do you exercise for recreation or because you want to lose body fat? Most people are
not aware of it but activities like jumping, dancing, tennis and golf are not effective to
burn fat. They do have their health benefits and it’s not wrong to do them but don’t
look like them like they are a part of your fat loss programme.

The first kind of exercises you need to do are aerobics or cardio exercises. Aerobics
means literally “with oxygen”. It takes oxygen for fat to be burned. The aerobic
exercise must be held for an extended period of time. If you do cardio exercises for
less then twenty minutes their will be no oxygen used.

Some of the best aerobic exercises are kickboxing, rowing, Stairclimbing, cycling and
of course running or even better sprinting.

Eat five or six meals a day
To lose more fat and to lose it also faster you will have to eat five or six meals in a
twenty-four hour period. Yes you can get results if you eat three meals a day
assuming you do strength training and aerobics and that you select your food choices
wisely. However if you don’t eat more frequent during the day you will never achieve
your maximum fat loss potential
