Tennis Wristbands What to do about my hurting wrist?
I just started tennis one year ago and it's really making my wrist hurt. And actually wearing a wristband helps my wrist not to hurt as much while playing. But what do I do to make it stop hurting entirely?
Ice it after you play and even if you're not playing ice it 2-3 times a day.
Even if you rest for some time and your wrist still hurts, see a doctor.
Also, get a coach and see if your technique is correct.

Is it for just looking stylish, or does it help on tennis? Just curious.
It has 2 reasons: 1- to wipe the sweat of your forehead & prevent the sweat from dripping down your arms into your hands which could make your grip on the racquet slips, especially in serving. 2- It binds your wrest bones so to prevent wrist injuries.
