Tennis Twist Tennis Ball Machine
Catapults?
For a science project, I need to build a catapult that can throw a tennis ball weighted to 200 grams. The meter arm can only be 1 meter from the pivot point, and we are only allowed to use materials used a long time ago, for example, we can't use a bungee cord stretched along it's length. (However, we can use a bungee cord if it is twisted, and powers the machine by UNtwisting.
What type of catapult would throw the tennis ball the farthest, is there a website where I can get a plan or diagram, and what materials should I use?
I'm only in 8th grade, it can't be too complicated, and it is due on the 29th. (However, at my house we DO have lots of wood, materials, and tools.)

Tennis Twist Ball Machine?
Hello. I am an adult, 5ft 6 in tall. I want to buy it for myself, not for children. Can anyone who's used this machine tell me what it's like? How fast do the ball comes out? Is it any good?

The balls come out 10 to 15 mph, the balls are to be shot from the service line on your court(not behind the net sadly). Its a simple toss up from what I have read.
I have considered purchasing it myself but it doesnt seem worth it. I would save up and get the next cheapest, which is in the 500 range.
