Tennis Tutor
How many hours do collegiate athletes put into their sport a day?
To be more specific, how many hours on average are athletes in college working out/doing drills, etc a day? I know classes are worked around their schedule along with tutoring. I assumed about 4 hours a day go into working out and drills. I'm not counting game days! Sports specific...basketball, track, volleyball, or tennis.
my son plays football, and between meetings/films, gym workouts, and on the field practice, it takes up about 4.5 hrs of his day. hope this helps you.

What are my chances of getting into UCI/UC Davis?
I am currently a Junior.
GPA: 4.0 weighted, 3.8 unweighted
SAT: ~1750 (Taking it this Saturday; it's just a guess)
Community service hours: ~300
Extra curricular: Choir, Tennis, Tutor, and in about 2 or so clubs.
Edit: My Junior GPA= 4.0 weighted, 3.8 unweighted
My Sophomore GPA= 3.1 unweighted, 3.3 weighted
Very good. But with those grades why stop there. How about Cal-tech or Harvey Mudd?

Dont worry that they are private. Both schools are committed to ensuring you can afford it if you get in. You SATs will need to be over 2000 though.
