Is this tennis racket appropriate for a beginner?
I found this racket for sale on CraigsList: http://www.amazon.com/Wilson-Grand-Slam-Tennis-Racket/dp/B000QX4CKK
Would it be appropriate for a beginner? I'm 5'7".
I'm also hoping to play long-term, would this racket be a reasonable investment? Or should I opt for something better?
This racket is fine for a beginner, but if you want a long-term racket, then I suggest a slightly better, and larger-headed racket.

If you are from the UK then look in JJB, they should be relatively cheap and have some good frames, but if you ARE from the USA then go for this frame as it is in the sale.
