Can i get into Harvard or Cornell?
There is no doubt your credentials are excellent. Unfortunately, all the other applicants will be as well.
The secrets to getting in are readily available, but they are far from fair.
Basically, realize going into this everyone is going to have perfect credentials. You need something to stand out. As bad as this may sound, it is the truth- applicants that go to the top of the list will have disabilities, will be minorities, and will come from unique regions. This doesn't count those whose fathers are alumni, families make large donations, or immediate family works for large corporations or political figures with direct ties to the school.
If this is what you really want, AND you have the tuition lined up (loans, trust fund, etc), the secret is to apply early, keep in touch, and try to find any groups mentioned above (politicians, corporations with direct lines to admissions, etc) who may have an open slot that year.
If you don't get in first try, keep trying. Your chances of getting in the second year are actually higher.
Also, DO NOT lie or embellish on your application- you'll be blacklisted immediately.
Instead of putting a lot of "good" things you have done on your app/essay, concentrate on one or two things you did great.
Do you excel at any sports? This can actually help.
Lastly, and it's sad I have to even type this, if you are a non-caucasion/asian, make sure to attach a photo to your app. If you are caucasion/asian, you are better off leaving out the photo.
Sad but true.

He then identifies three phases of development-the core phase, the mileage phase, and the fine-tuning phase-that all players should follow to improve their game. During the fist phase, stroking and playing skills are sharpened on the practice court. Once in the mileage phase, techniques such as consistency, placement, and court positioning are tested during game situations. The fine-tuning phase focuses on preparatory skills such as conditioning, nutrition, sleep, and the mental skills you need to consistently win. JTCC Junior Tennis Development presented by Creative Exposure
Do you think I have what it take to become a pro tennis player, or have I started too late?
I am 13 and have been playing tennis for about a year and a half. I am currently the best player at my courts, and my coach says that I improve so quickly that it isn't funny. I am taking tennis very seriously and participate in what's call the junior development series every Sunday. I also play in a smaller comp ever Friday. Other than that I have lessons on almost every other day of the week. I have 6 winner trophies and 5 runner up trophies.
First of all there is no suh thing as starting too late. Its just when you started to play. If you are comparing to other top pros then you started kind of late but not much. Second of all you cant think of going pro too much yet. You need to currently focus on smaller goals so that you can achieve your biggest goal. That means you should continue coaching, practicing and winning local usta tournaments. Then once you mastered local tournaments move on to state. Then after you master state tournaments move on to national. Let me tell you its gonna be really hard to get from state to national. There are thousands of players who want to go pro that are playing national usta tournaments. It will be really tough. Now comes the real challenge. ITF world circut. The ITF is composed of hundreds of thousands of talented juniors around the world. This is very challening. you play tournaments and it is very similar to ATP/WTA. You play junior grandslams, and other tournaments. And if you suceed there you go on to pro. Now you may be in the 300-400s in the rankings. Then you have to work your way to the top by playing challengers. And if you qualify for grandslams you have to beat some of the top players in the world. If you do you can get to the top ten. So you need to reconsider your goals and take it one step at a time. As you can see its a long and hard journey. I hope you make it and good luck
