hi guys..how do i measure my grip size?
some internets told me to use a ruler and measure from the middle crease and some told me to measure from the bottom..which do i follow? cheers
generally, the middle crease of the palm is used for grip measurements. furthermore, the grip size is the length between the middle crease of your palm and the tip of your ring finger.
