What grip should you use in tennis?

like is it okay to use my forehand grip or should i use contintental. and should you be doing suicides to help improve your speed cauz i am naturally fast
what grip should you use on your serve, continental or the forehand grip, and which one is better kick, slice or flat for your first serve and what about the second serve

For your serve I would use your forehand grip. Suicides are'nt necessary but I would run.

Tomaz has a modern and proven approach towards teaching tennis and many people of different ages have found his instructions useful. How To Play Tennis From The Baseline
