Tennis Flash Games

Is it legal to use US Open, French Open, Wimbledon when creating tennis flash games?
I am planning to create my own tennis flash game. I was wondering if it's legal to use the term US Open, Wimbledon, Australian Open or French Open for that matter.
u would probably be alright.. as its just a game.. and m any other tennis games already have the names of the slams.. u would not be the first person to do this..
do not worry..
