Tennis Fitness Exercises

Right age to start playing serious tennis ......?
My daughter will complete 10 years in june,she is obsessed with tennis and has been learning for past a year or so in an academy. She practices for an hour or so in a group of 5-6 kids and 3 times a week she gets personal coaching, that too for an hour.Now my problem is that we are based in India and here craze for tennis is not much so I am completely clueless as to what i should do to help her so that she can become a professional tennis player. My main problem areas are like,
1- Her diet(content and quantity),
2- For how many hours she should practice,
3-Fitness and exercises
4-At what age I should take her to US,Australia or to Europe for better training?
Here I would like to mention that she loves to play and dreams of becoming a big star, there is nothing in my family which is forcing her as few people might think so.

tiger woods appeared on the Mike Douglas Show in 1978 at the age of three (i may be mistaken about the age the rest is correct), to demonstrate his pefect drive. my bet is he had a club in his hands by the time he could stand.
i would bet that the same rules apply to tennis' learning curve do that apply to golf... very young... and teach 'em right...

Tennis School - Practice Drills for Singles Tactics
I am struggling with a problem with my mum and tennis?
I am 14 years old and got into a squad for tennis last year. Now I have been sick and feel really weak every time I exercise. My tennis coach doesn't care and makes you feel really bad if you want to stop because you feel sick. Now I really am not enjoying the fitness side of the coaching but my mum won't stop and keeps talking about me getting fat if I stop and getting really unfit- at the moment I weigh 100 lbs. I tried talking to her- I really want to be able to ride and become a professional rider but she doesn't want me to and thinks I should ride for fun and do tennis seriously. She won't listen anymore and nor will my tennis coach. I don't know what to do. I really want to be able to ride and do tennis as I do sorta enjoy but I don't want to have to do so much fitness and I really want my mum to stop nagging me about doing tennis and not riding. Any suggestions or help would be really grateful!!
