how can I cure my very painful tennis elbow?
exercises haven't helped nor has a strap or cold compress and I'm getting desperate now, my g.p can't help.
I saw this article on tennis elbow.The elbow come under stress in many activities. It is important to strengthen the elbow area. Injuries such as tennis elbow can be prevented with proper exercise and conditioning of the elbow area.

Pain in right arm, starting at my neck and in my wrist.?
Had tennis elbow a couple of years ago. Bought the strap thing for my forearm and it went away. This is different. Slight throbbing pain in upper bicep to neck and in my wrist. Nothing in between. Thought about carpel tunnel. I use alot of air tools for my job, but for the past couple of weeks I've been using the other arm.
if you have a misalignment in your cervical spine (neck), it can cause the nerves exiting your neck to be pinched. these nerves form a group of nerves (called the brachial plexus) which control everything in your shoulders, arms, and hands. if these nerves are affected then it can cause pain, numbness, tingling, and weakness in the areas they control.
how to fix it?? go to a chiropractor, they specialize in spine related injuries.
