Tennis elbow... how to cure.?
I was an active pitcher/shortstop on my baseball team, and I had to constantly make a lot of long hard throws every game. Then my arm went, and it started hurting a lot sort of where my funny bone is. I am sure it is a tennis elbow because I have asked my doctor, and he x-rayed my arm and it was fine, and the muscles are fine, and my arm just annoyingly hurts. How do I fix this arm so I can get back to baseball?
I have not played or thrown a ball in 3 months and whenever I try, my arm hurts like hell.
My mom had it and she just used time.
It's probably not the fastest way though, I think it took about a year.

I've got red bumps on my arms after exercising.?
When I did marching and now when I play tennis, I get these red groups of bumps on my arms that looks like hives or a break out of something. Just a bunch of red bumps in clusters from the top of my hand to my elbows. Is it heat rash or something else? And how can I cure it because it happens whenever I'm out playing in the sun and it itches really bad.

It is a heat rash.
Every one will have this to happen at one point or another.
All this means is.... when you are exercising, your body is sweating alot but you are still getting too hot on the inside so your body produces these little bumps where your body is the hottest so it can ventilate.
You can scratch them and water will come out and actually some doctors recommend scratching them.
