What are some tennis drills to help improve my game.?


I have access to a ball machine and I'm looking for a challange.

1. Long and short forehands
Get the machine to send you a short ball on your forehand followed by a long one on forehand as well.

2. Long and Short backhands
Same on the backhand

3. Drop shot and lob
A drop shot very close to the net followed by a lob where you go back full speed to catch it

4. Consistent Forehand
Forehands, same speed, same length

5. Consistent Backhand
Backhands, same speed, same length

6. Short forehand - short backhand
Machine sends you a short forehand, you hit and quickly catch another short one on your backhand.

As play which is completely appreciated by people of all the ages, tennis is also appreciated by people everywhere in the world. A very competing play and quickly involved, tennis requires good qualifications of coordination and the capacity to run after a ball of tennis for any duration. This marvellous game can be played by two people but suitable good with the matches of doubles which will include two teams for a total of four people.

People engage in a set of tennis by employing a particularly coated court which has a net stretched through him in the center. Players are charged to be used a ball as tennis out of rubber all while being held on the line maidservant on their side of the net.     Go to intermediate. Even if u r not as good as the kids in it u will get great practice with players who are better. The only way to succeed in tennis is to hit with the good kids and get use to people with harder and better shots. U will also get coached and become more competitive which will make u an overall better player. The beginer course seems like its for kids who don't really know anything about tennis. Go with the intermediate and u will improve ur game to the next level!
