I do believe the best of tennis players in 2009 will finally win Laureus World Sportsman of Year 2010 because no other sportsman show more outstanding performance like Federer or Nadal in 2009.
If Nadal win US Open 2009, then both Nadal and Federer have 2 grand slam on their hand each in 2009.
Both of them also achieve career grand slam.

How can I become fit before February 2010?
I play tennis alot and I wouldent say that im unhealthy but I entered a competition to be a ball girl in the atp world tour finals 2010 and I want to be my best for the training. What sort of things can I eat and what sort of exercises can I do also to be at the top of my game in time for February??

do sprinting running up and down very fast
do leg workouts.. squats, leg presses, hamgstring curls, calf raises...
do those once a week
train the rest of your body as well.. all your muscles
eat more proteins,
strech your legs well..
