Day 1.

Arrival in Medan - city tour. Overnight stay in Hotel Deli River situated just outside Medan in the middle of a tropical garden. Here you can rest after the long journey or make a walk in the neighbourhood.

Day 2.

Medan - Lake Toba by the plantation route. Today you drive along endless palm tree, rubber and cacao plantations and through the historic city of Pematang Siantar. We suggest you take a break at the hotel Siantar, built in 1912. In the afternoon you will arrive in Prapat on the borders of Lake Toba , where you cross the lake by ferry to the island Samosir. The car goes with us to the island. Overnight directly on the lakeside.

Day 3.

Samosir - tour to Tomok, Ambarita and Simanindo. This is a beautiful tour over the island. You can visit the typical Toba Batak villages: Tomok with its kings' tombs, Ambarita with execution tables and Simanindo with traditional dances. Overnight stay on Samosir.

Day 4.

Samosir - Prapat - Brastagi. The route takes you from Prapat, along the edge of the lake, to the Karo highlands. En route you pass the tribal kings' house of the Simalungun Batak in Pematung Purba, the Sipiso Piso falls and pineapple, ginger- and clove plantations. In the afternoon you will arrive at the cool mountain resort of Brastagi. Overnight stay in Brastagi.

Day 5.

Brastagi - Medan . The last day of your North Sumatra tour, you descend to the coastal lowland area of Medan , along an impressive route through the jungle. After arriving in Medan , you go straight to the airport Polonia for your next destination.

Most of the reviews we researched gave the Stamina Aero Pro XP 556 5 out of 5 stars. We did not find any negative reviews which is a testament to the quality and value of this reformer. However, one complaint we repetitively found about this Pilates machine vs. other Pilates machines was that it's big (approximately 10'x4') and doesn't fold up.

Many customers commented on the ease of assembly and it seems like the average time to put their Pilates machine together was about an hour and only used simple tools. Gun question (Pistol made in Belgium)?

My uncle has a handgun that I believe he said was made in Belgium. He said something about it being called a "National" or something like that. The gum is extremely lightweight, and has an extremely high clip capacity, maybe 20+ rounds per clip and has a laser sight on it. He said something about American law enforcement or secret service using it. Anyway, I want to know what is the name of this gun because I can't remember. I don't know what caliber the bullets are, but my brother has a Sig .40 and the rounds are much thinner than that, but longer. Anyway, let me know. Thanks.

The other posters are correct. It would be the Five seveN from Fabrique Nationale de Herstal. It is chambered in 5.7x28mm.

There are some PDs that use it, but is far from the most common. Glock and Beretta are both way more common to see than FN.

When you say clip you actually mean magazine. A clip is something totally different. It has a 20-round magazine capacity and there is an extended magazine available that holds 30 rounds, but it makes firing it quite awkward and I've found that there are some feeding issues if the extended mag is filled above about 25.

Apparently I am the only pregnant woman who has put weight on in places other than her belly! I want to swim in a regular maternity tankini / one piece but put the separate matching skirt on to cover up my thighs when not in the water (or have the option to wear it in the water). 2 of my friends that were pregnant said that they would have loved that when they were pregnant too so you would think that designers would make them! When you start dating someone, and especially when you marry someone, you expect that person to be faithful. No one expects a compatible match to cheat. No one really thinks about it. The hard reality is that people cheat. People do it even when they know they shouldn't and that they risk hurting the people closest to them. Cheating is selfish. They don't care. So if you think your compatible match might be two-timing you, you owe it to yourself to find out. Some ways to tell something might be going on include:

1-      Excuses about changes in routine. When someone starts cheating, they start living differently to cover it up. They might not be home when they usually are or they might be going on more business trips. Usually cheaters cover this up with excuse after excuse after excuse. The problem is, your compatible match is going to say something it's reasonable for you to believe.

2-      Closing himself or herself off to you. You and your compatible match used to share everything. Now, all of a sudden you never talk about anything. He's always too tired or she's just not in the mood. This is their way of shutting you out so they don't feel guilty.
