Synthetic Grass Tennis Courts

Are there synthetic grass courts in australia?

i've never seen a synthetic grass tennis court. i heard they are more common in australia. is that true? and what do they play like? i've only played on hard court and har-tru clay and carpet once. at some point i want to play on every surface cause i love tennis.

Sure are! Our courts are synthetic grass and unlike real grass courts it is real easy to adapt from hard court. Synthetic grass also suit about any ones game! I wouldn't say that synthetic grass courts are faster than real grass courts but it is fast enough to continually serve and volley. I don't really serve and volley all that much but when I hit a decent first serve and get to the net I usually get a weak response from my oppenent.
