Short pleated tennis Skirt
Why are tennis skirts so short? How short/long is your skirt?
Has anyone noticed how short tennis skirts are? Professional tennis players wear skirts right up to their butt or even show their butt, like in these pics:

At my tennis club skirts have got shorter in recent years so they're about the same? What are your tennis uniforms like? Do you wear a pleated skirt or a dress kind? Why do you think they're so revealing? Are you embarassed about how short they are or do you think professional players are? Do you think they will change in future? Thanks for reading.
because you have to run and move around and its hard to when you have a longer skirt! but i dont wear my skirts super short like definetely far past my butt, i dont know how to explain how short it is but its not very short/tight. but also remember the skirts have shorts underneath to hold the tennis ball for the 2nd serve in the shorts.

Yes, they are pretty short, but it's so we are able to run without a skirt subbing on our legs or limiting our leg room. I wear skirts that are longer then in the picture- same as professionals now-a-days. I wear dress kind. Nobody is embarrassed and most girls/women's skirts are not that short. They are like what you see on T.V.. I don't think that it will change in the future because they are not as short as you think, and diffidently not as short as in the picture that was taken years ago.

Oh my god, what is she WEARING??? Let me break this down: a cheap, nylon pleated tennis skirt with opaque tights and faux suede over the knee boots, topped off by a circa 1984 family holiday ski vacation too-tight down jacket. Ummm… doesn't this girl have friends to gently tell her that ensemble IS NOT OKAY?
