Does the set of natural numbers included 0?
This is a very confusing thing. To some authors, N = {1, 2,3....}; to others, N = {0, 1,2....}. That's why, when referring to numbres in {1,2,3....}, many people say positive integer instead of natural.
Is there something like a standard or official definition?

As far as I am aware, there is no standard or official definition. I have seen both textbooks and math papers that use each definition.

Here's my take on the matter:
The term "natural number" suggests that the numbers therein should, in some sense, be the most basic and elementary of all numbers.
I think that most people initially find the idea of the number "zero" to be less intuitive than the idea of a positive integer. Asking a young child "How many apples do I have?" when you have two apples is an easy question with a natural answer, but asking "How many apples do I have?" when you haven't got any is more likely to provoke a response like "What apples? Where are they?", and giving the answer "zero" seems almost a joke.
For this reason, I think that allowing "natural numbers" to mean the set {1, 2, 3, ...} is perhaps the most useful definition in elementary school, for example. Most elementary algebra textbooks also use this definition of the natural numbers, probably for a similar reason.
However, from the perspective of my field (logic), zero is by *far* the most important and significant number there is. If the "natural numbers" are going to be the core of a number system, then they *absolutely must* include zero--you cannot get far at all in rigorous mathematics without the notion of zero (or its counterpart in set theory, the empty set). So, if you take "the most basic and elementary of all numbers" to be the collection of numbers that form a starting point from which to develop a rigorous number system, then including zero is (for me) a no-brainer. For this reason (I think), logic and computer science textbooks do usually seem to include 0 as a natural number. It just works out much better for theoretical purposes.
If I were in charge of everything, then I'd probably call the set {0, 1, 2, 3, ...} the "basic numbers" or "fundamental numbers" or something similar, and I'd call {1, 2, 3, ...} the "natural numbers" because they are the ones which are most easily understood.
