Ring Pack
Do you cut the plastic six pack rings that go on soda before you throw them away?
They in up in dumps and oceansides and birds and small animals get their heads through the rings and in time can strangle.
I wasn't aware of this. I hardly ever buy soda's. Too much acid and sugar for me. I try to pick up debris in my neighborhood from time to time. Speaking of animals. Don't forget to feed them especially during the winter months.

Im very small 5'4 111lbs. Before i became prego im 5weeks and 5days i had a six pack and a belly ring.?
After the baby i would like to go back to my six pack and my belly ring. Is there anything i need to be doing right now to make sure this happens? Also what can i do to make sure when or if i get s marks they go away soon? Thanks in advance

Just because you have a kid doesnt mean you shouldnt be concerned about how you look. thats a stupid answer you gave. Im sorry that i care and still want to look cute, Yes i know i could have adopted but i have a husband, a good education, and a great home with alot of love. So i decided to have my own and i planned it. Ok sounds like your upset because im asking about my shape. Some of us do care and still wanna look good after birth AND NOT BLAME EVERYTHING ON THE BABY!! If you have nothing nice to say shut up please thank you
ok so first off you probably wont get back to exactley the same as you were before your pregnancy.
During your pregnancy try to control your weight gain as much as you can with light/moderate exercise and healthy eating.
After bubs is born women that breast feed get back to their pre pregnancy shape faster. so id say do that keep eating health and light exercise. remember not to lose weight to fast or your skin will not shrink back and you will end up with heaps of stretch marks and really saggy skin.
another thing you could do is talk to a personal trainer at a gym or something because they will tailor a plan to suit you.
