It really just depends on your preference, some people like tacky feeling grips, some really cushioned, absorbent, it just depends. I'd personally recommend a Head replacement grip. Go to www.tenniswearhouse.com they have feedback on all the grips, you'll find one you like. Best of luck

what is the difference between 3/8 and 5/8? the racket i want is 4 5/8, but i currently use a racket that is 4 3/8. what does this mean, would my racket grip be bigger or smaller? thanks.
Specifically, it is the circumference of the handle, so the 5/8 is 1/4" thicker. Over the years, grip sizes have come down significantly. Pro players routinely used 5 or 4 7/8 grips, now the average is 4 1/2. Nadal uses a 4 1/4. It probably has something to do with the rackets being lighter and players wanting more manueverability.
You can get any racket in the grip size you specify, so order it in the right one for you. Don't get a size too big and try to change it.
