Pure Control Team
Will a heavier racket frame make it easier to impart more topspin on a tennis ball?
After hitting with several types of rackets, I noticed a tendency for heavier rackets to generate more ball speed, but I'm not so sure if they help to create topspin. I think that I hit through the ball the majority of times, and going into my junior year on my varsity tennis team, we'll have to face some tough competition. Most of the other schools have players who are around a 4.5. I'm a little unsure of where I stand, but I feel that I need more control and hence topspin. I currently use a Babolat pure drive team plus with Prince Problem strings set at 55 lbs tension.
My questions are as follows:
1. Does a heavier racket frame help to impart topspin?
2. What kind of tennis string will allow for control and durability?
3. What kinds of tennis rackets would you recommend that work best at low tensions?
No,it won't.But ,sure as hell, it will tire you out
faster.

I have to do plyometrics for soccer, i need to do lege lifts crossover, jump rope, knee jumps... how many should i do n how many sets??
I want to try out for the soccer team, and ive never played on a team before, what can i do to improve ball control. agility, technical speed, pure speed. etc..
Do like 5 to 10 it may seem like alot but it will be werth it.
