Prince Volley Tennis
help in tennis?
Well I'm tryin out for my school's tennis team in April and I haven't played in a very long time xD... My strokes pretty much suck since I seem to lose control or lob when I do forehands and my backhands are pretty terrible, my volley however is excellent, my serve mediocre, and I can pretty much reach any part of the court fairly. I have a prince tennis racket that I just got restrung with the lightning brand strininging at 64. Any advice for improving my strokes would be appreciated. Also I need help finding a comfortable grip for my strokes and serve since I mainly use eastern and I'd like more power.
how do you do the cut serve?
If you're talking about HS tennis-
HS tennis is a lot about consistency, so make sure you can get the ball back in play. At this age, players tend to get frustrated and go for too much(you would be surprised how many players can beat themselves). As for power, try rotating your hips and generate power with your legs.

u know like does on the spot paralysis moon volley drive volleys acrobat play snake etc.
I'm sure at least SOME of those shots may work, such as the volley, but others are just made up for entertainment. some shots that are real include the slice, the lob, drop shot, swinging volleys, and overheads, etc. You can look up some of these shots here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tennis_shots
