Prince O3 Tennis Racket
Should I have my Tennis Racket re-strung?
I just bought a Prince O3 Red and it is a little beat up. If I had to guess I'd say it's about a year or two old. I played with it for the first time the other day and it was completely different from my old racket. It felt like the strings were brittle and tight compared to my old racket. Should I pay the 10-15 dollars to have it restrung?
Hey! My recommendation(i do this) is to have your racket restrung once a year. In your case it might just be that your string tension is way up. Mine is about 58lbs(about normal). If its not this, i would say that you have left your racket exposed to the sun or have left it in a cold place for those 1-2 years which can badly damage your strings. You should restring your racket if it doesn't help your play and if you don't feel comfortable with it(i guess it doesn't for you 
).
PS: Make sure you do your research on which strings best suit your play. Ask questions to the person who helps you at the place where you have your rack restrung if you decide to.

Fake tennis racket?
I hav a Prince o3 Tour that i just bought, except every time i shank the ball (to hit the racket instead of the strings) it leaves a mark. Would this racket be fake or is it normal to do that?
I play tennis also, and i have three wilson k-factor surges. if you shank the ball, on my racket, it always leaves a mark. if you accidentally scrape it on the ground trying to pick up a low ball, it will leave a mark. its totally normal for a racket to do that cuz its just the paint, its not the racket. i hope that helped!!
