what is the different between standard racket and tour racket?
i had a prince hybrid hornet and training with it, i will get a new racket later on , i don't understand what is special about prince tour racket and standard? i am not asking about its headsize , stiffness, stuff like that.
nothing is special. tour racquets and game improvements racquets use the same technology (material, structure, vibration reduction, etc). they differs exactly in aspects you excludes 
tour racquets are usually smaller in headsize. most of them are mid-sized (less than about 95 sq in) and mid-plus (less than about 105 sq in). why? smaller headsize gives better control. pros really watch the ball upon impact to ensure the ball is hit at the center of the stringbed. they don't prefer larger frame to reduce possibilities of hitting off-center and losing control.
tour racquets are usually heavier. most of them weigh more than 11 oz. why? heavier frame also gives better control (just like heavier sword). pro players bring their own power, so they need racquet that can help them control the ball.
tour racquets are usually head-light or even-balanced while game improvement racquets are usually head-heavy. why? because the swingweight (inertia) is already heavy. furthermore, head-light racquets are more maneuverable for netplays.

However, I play racquetball. You should include your weights, I like the lighter models so I can swing faster because I played front court in doubles. However, I feel like I sacrifice some of my control (more so than the sacrifice the Head brand gives me) when I don't use a heavier racquet.
