Pilates Yoga
Online Pilates or yoga routines for weight loss?
I'm trying to find some good pilates or yoga workouts online that I can do in a small apartment. There are several videos on YouTube, but does anyone have any specific recommendations?
Sorry - not interested in diet pills or tea gimmicks, thanks.

The exercises are really hard and tiresome, but it's pretty rewarding.
Oh, and I'm not sure if they still offer it on YouTube (I just tried looking it up but nothing came up) but Yoga Booty Ballet was also really fun and a pretty good workout! If you can come across that, that's a great one.
And Winsor Pilates! I love this one! I also have the circle that came included with the pack and I always feel lean and relaxed after I do this. (I do have to admit that it might be boring AT FIRST... but it gets better).

What is Pilates? Is it Yoga? Aerobics? Fitness? Exercise?
I do yoga and pilates and I want to start running?
I used to walk everyday but I took up yoga and pilates and I did not have time for a 40 minute walk everyday anymore. I want to start running or jogging because I would have time to run for at most 20 minutes a day. How do I start? Do I do yoga and pilates before running? What should I eat and how much should I drink before I run?
1)walk every other day for 15 minutes
2)after about 5 weeks add 1 minute slooooooow jogging
3)add 1 minute every 2 weeks until you can do a slow jog for 15 minutes
4)if you rush it you will get injured and will not be running a year later
