what is the right frame for xc mountain bike with regard to its performance and price?
With a true XC bike, your biggest concern is weight. As others pointed out, hardtails will typically do just fine but they absolutely ARE NOT 'always best' as someone else said.
What you need to determine first is how much you're willing to spend. Then you can focus on getting the 'most bike' for that price. I ride a full suspension Klein Palomino that ran me upwards of $6k but you can easily drop twice that if you're looking for the absolute best.
A XC bike should be sub 30lbs for a full sus'er and sub 25 for a hard tail as starting points! My Klein comes in around 24lbs. You'll want some travel but not much... 80mm-100mm is fine for front and rear. You'll also want to have a lock-out option on your suspension, at least in the front... this will allow you to lock out the suspension and get all the power to the ground on out of saddle efforts. 160mm rotors, XTR or X0, or the new XX component specs are the norm. Air suspension to save weight... carbon & Ti used whereever possible to save weight...

Digital Photo Frames: Transforming Photo Frames And How People Display Our Photographs
Digital picture frames will likely totally change the way we display pictures in our homes, offices, and public places in a matter of years. This LCD technology is on the path of similar recent ones like flat screen televisions, laptops, and cell phones. As the technology progresses, prices become more affordable, and people recognize the obvious benefits over the long-standing previous technology, digital photo frames will become ubiquitous.
Displaying photos in frames is virtually as old as the camera and photography itself. In fact the business and art associated with picture frames has become a huge market itself. Major consumer electronics manufacturers are capitalizing on the market for these digital photo viewers, including such players as Kodak, Smartparts, and Portable USA, and highly performing frames with many functions. Digital frames also come in many d�cor and colors such from black, brown, white, cherry, espresso, and all kinds of wood. Soon endless new features such as variable frame decors and auto on/off features will become the norm.
It was only a matter of time before the world of picture frames moved into the digital age.
