Anyone know how much a near perfect condition 1990 Symphonic SV19M remote control tv is worth?
The remote's channel buttons are a bit worn, but other than that it's fine
Since a Symphonic TV is right near the bottom of the quality list, and yours is 17 years old, it's not going to be worth a lot. Why don't you contribute it to an old folks home, or something similar.
If I was forced to answer how much, I'd say 25 bucks tops.

With perfect use, is it unusual to have a period during third week of birth control?
My girlfriend started the pill a little over two weeks ago; she is currently on the third week of pills. She just started her period during the third week, a week early. She has not missed a pill. Is this normal when started the pill initially? Will it even out after a pack or two?
Sorry, I forgot to mention that it is the combined pill. We both read the pamphlet together; it didn't address the issue specifically.
It's completely normal. Her body is just trying to adjust to the new schedule. It should only happen the first month or two, but after that everthing will be nomal (only having her period on the blank pills). It's nothing to worry about at all. You should also know, however, in order for birth control to be as effective as it can (usually about 88%), it needs to be taken for at least 3 months. So if sex happens, make SURE you're wrapped ;-] Hope this helped. Good luck.
