Toyota's gas paddle problems?
I had one 99 Toyota camry. The gas paddle problem i found out was last year. why they recall now. They always have gas paddle for Carmy.
Do you think they will fix for you even your car is 99 or 98 somthing like that?
It's so crazy like when you enter into highway, suddenly your gas paddle just can't give the car some energy. you know?
I think Toyota should recall all the cars, and get them fix, Do not just recall the car that they sold previous year.
I highly doubt a 99 would be affected by the same problem. The cars affected are all newer ones, like 2007 on up. Cars are drastically changed in design over a 10 year period. There probably is little in common with your 1999 Toyota Camry as with a 2009 Toyota Camry. If you sat them side by side probably the only similarity you would see would be that they share the same name badge, thats it. They more than likely have a totally different engine, transmission, bodystyle, seats.
Toyota keeps saying its a problem with the gas peddle, but many experts are coming forward saying they believe the problem is within the cars computer software.

To explain things simply, most cars use a cable linkage which runs from the gas peddle to the throttle on the engine, causing the car to speed up or slow down. These newer Toyotas from 2007 on up use what is called a Drive By Wire system Toyota came up with. Its all controlled by electronics and computers, nothing mechanical about it. Your car would not have this system-frankly its just too old to have been equipped with it.

Manifesting a Miracle: an Approach to Abundance
Have you watched The Secret seventeen times, known that every word of it was true, that you attract what you think about, but you have no idea how to think about what you want? Join the club!
The Secret, as it states in the movie, is not new. It is simply the Law of Attraction. We manifest what we visualize and endow with emotion. But imagine how many things we manifest every single day without realizing it. The mail comes, the bills are there, we look at the amount due, run a quick mental calculation of our bank balance, and sigh because we are getting nowhere…fast. We have just attracted lack.
We drive home from work, tired, know the kids will be hungry, quickly figure out the fastest meal we can make without stopping at the grocery store, and feel kind of hopeless at the unendingness of it all. And there we are again: unending it will be.
And all of this is emoted in the midst of spending thirty minutes at the end of the day, just before collapsing into bed in exhaustion, trying to visualize and emote a better life situation.
It's like trying to go up the rapids in a rowboat with one paddle. There are too many dissident thoughts and emotions in a typical day to make much headway.
Further, what if we aren't good at visualizing, or emoting, or at least doing so deliberately? Because we are masters at visualizing our bank accounts, and emoting hopelessness.
I remember when I was younger, my first semester away from home. I was homesick, culture-shocked, weather-shocked, didn't know anyone, and felt totally ungrounded and adrift. I went to get my hair cut one day and, atypically, I loved the haircut. I was walking down the street on my way home and people were speaking to me, saying hi, for no reason at all. I couldn't believe it. It wasn't until later that I realized I had been so pleased with my haircut that I was smiling to myself, my eyes were alive and open, I was excited!
It was like magic.
I have never forgotten that incident. All it takes to attract good things is to feel good, feel excited about something…anything, and then to harness and direct that energy toward your goals.
Gary Evans has designed a program to enable you to do just that: eleven methods of harnessing that good emotion, ways to "stay in alignment" with your goals and desires by feeling good. It is the Law of Attraction in practice.

Voltage is resistance times current. In a series circuit all the currents are the same. If all the resistances are the same, the voltages have to be the same, too.
"It's seems as if the flow of energy knows ahead of time to spare some energy for the second bulb."
That only seems that way because you can not observe easily what happens at the nanosecond time scale during the turn-on of the voltage. Indeed, there would be an electromagnetic wave running from the switch through the first bulb, then the second. But it takes very special instrumentation to measure these effects. The voltage/current in the circuit does indeed not know ahead of time what is in the circuit. The voltages and currents stabilize only after the electromagnetic wave has made it all the way around the circuit. RF engineers and digital designers know about this phenomenon and design appropriately. For light bulbs it simply does not matter.
Just brainstorming while I was watching the Paris Velib bike sharing system. Wouldn’t that be nice if they install a rechargeable battery on those bikes to store our human paddle energy of watts back in those batteries. City can collect those batteries to put them for bigger energy use. Just a thought!
