Mobility Ladder

I think I may have re-fractured my leg 2 days after fracturing it in 5 places. Please help?
On Saturday the 14th March 2009 I was trying to change a light bulb whilst standing on a ladder when I over reached and fell off the ladder with the ladder landing on top of me shutting my leg in between it.
I was taken to hospital where I found I had broken my leg very badly in 5 places. I broke my femur in 2 places (Both displaced fractures) and I broke my tibia in 3 places (All transverse fractures)
The Doctor said I will be in the long leg cast for about 24 weeks and I am not allowed to be weight bearing for that time. The cast is bent at an angle which makes things awkward in terms of mobility. But I do have crutches to get around on
When I was out today someone bumped into my leg and I fell to the ground landing on my casted leg. This was a few hours ago and my leg still is very painful
Should I go back to the hospital? Is there a chance I have re-broken it and what does this mean in terms of treatment and recovery time?
There is every chance this has happend, I would get yourself down to A&E

Does Latin America Black/Afro Pop.. More Disadvantaged & Excluded Than USA?
Blacks in Carribea, South America,& Brazil seem to have one thing in common. The blacks in every country occupy the lowest social, economic, political, and human ladder, is severely excluded and marginalized, lack even the most basic resources and assets, and have next to no chance of social integration, upward mobility, or betterment.
Thus, I have always wondered, does the standard of living, opportunities, and socio-economic status for people of black/african or darker decent fare worse than the USA. There seems to be next to no opportunity for them and they are always associated with the worst of everything crimes, violemce, poverty, disease, social exclusion, and all the stereotypes blacks have lived up to in the world.
Hence, are blacks way of life any different in latin america cpuntries like cuba, brazil, colombia, etc the same as usual.
I am from Brazil and I agree with you. It's hard to find a black person who is rich or has a master
degree. They are have their jobs and dont make a lot of money. And worst of all...people say they are not racist but I believe we are. Especially related to get married to a black.
The real rich brazilians are the soccer players. Just like here in the US with the sports players.
I travelled a lot in the Caribbean countries and I can say the same. Unfortunately.
