Liquidmetal Tennis Racquet
Tennis strings for HEAD racquet?? HELP!!?
I've had it for a while, I'm a beginner/intermediate tennis player and I have the light blue'ish HEAD racquet, Liquidmetal 8.5.
Do you think I should get just HEAD strings? There are so many kind, I don't want too much power or too little, but more spin would be fine. Does Prince strings work too? What strings are good to use that you can buy at a sports store but isn't so pricey??

You can get any string to put in your racquet. I have a HEAD Liquidmetal Pro Lite, and I'm using HEAD Natural Gut at 16 gauge. So far, I've had no troubles except my strings are too tight for my liking. But I like my Natural Gut for it's durability.
For more spin, I would suggest the HEAD FiberGEL Spin 16 String. It pockets the ball, so you may have to get used the feeling, but it does provide extra spin, and according to it's Tennis-Warehouse page, it costs $US 7.95, so it's not that pricey for a good string that's also durable.
I wouldn't recommend Prince for strings, because my friend used some in a practice match, and she said they snapped in less than a week of play, according to her.
