The difference between a Russian and Ukrainian is similar to a US person and Mexican. But most of Russian people do not call all the people from North America Mexicans. I understand your emotions about all of these Russians over populated high rankings in junior tennis. But keeping your emotions under control will work better for you. If Stepan Kozlov was born in Ukraine 12 or 11 years ago he is probably Ukrainian and not Russian. I think one year makes a big difference at age 8. When kids become 10 the difference of one year does not give you a big advantage.
