High School Tennis Apparel
what do I need to know for high school tennis.?
hello world. I am 15 years old, a sophmore and i am interested in playing tennis. I know that i can go pro on the wii but i want to try in real life. is there anything i need to know from apparel to running to rules of the game?
im not trying to go pro just get in shape
There are only two things you need to know that will be the ultimate factors in you really pursuing tennis....FOR REAL!
ONE: It a whole lot harder than it looks!!!! You will never be a top junior player in the country much less your state or city for that matter. You are starting too late.
TWO: Practice...practice...practice....practice.... To physically move a tennis ball consistently inside the court, with spin and pace and direction is something to behold, and respect. I have heard sports writers and other athletes make statements about tennis that have never played that boggle my mind. But when they try to play it they feel embarrassed and confused why it so hard.
Ohhh and (3)...you better have lots of patience my friend. There will be no computer to blame when you miss your shot!
