I'm thinking about getting a new tennis racket for Christmas but I can't seem to choose between the Babolat Pure Control and the Wilson K Factor (the one Federer uses.) My previous racket was a Babolat Pure Drive. I don't know even if I should get either of these two rackets, if anyone has any suggestions feel free to reply back.
thearthur0 I just got a pair of Kfactor Tour 90's with Wilson Natural gut 16 gauge. They are amazing. It reminds me of the ProStaff 85's I used back in University. It is an awesome frame but is only for serious players. Babolat when I demoed them were rather light, bad on the arm and more of a recreational frame. Sure they have come out with new offerings and have thrown big money at players to use their frames but to me will never be a top racquet. Our club just switched from Wilson to Babolat as the frame used by our Manager, club pro and instructors since the Manager/Club Pro was given a real sweet deal. Your best thing would be to demo both for a week and make up your own mind. Don't get a frame because someone else uses it but get it because it compliments your style of play and is best for your game. Best wishes in your hunt for the perfect frame....I found mine.
