Fan Lighter Plug

I'm looking for a ceiling fan that plugs into a wall outlet, as opposed to one that is wired into my electric?

I live in an apartment and would rather not screw around with the electrical wiring in the building. But I want a ceiling fan. Do they make a ceiling fan that has a wired plug that you can just run across the ceiling, down the wall and plug into an outlet? that way I don't screw with the electrical wiring, but I get the ceiling fan and overhead light I want. if anyone can confirm this type of product is made, and where I can find one, I would be very grateful. They do make them.. may have to have home depot or lowes special order it though.... You can also attach your own plug wire to one that is supoose to be direct wired.. It's very simple to do but looks like hell most of the time.
