Edition Tank Car

I put to much gas in my car this morning ,could it cause any problems?

I wanted to go to the next dollar. I ended going over the amont I wanted to spend then as I was going to the next dollar gas starting pouring out my tank. I was so scared I was going to blow up. I've been watching Inside Edition specials they did on gas fires, and I touched the metal part of the car. Then I took the nossle out. I'm still scared to drive the car. Can it cause any problems?

it won,t hurt nothing ! all you did was overfilled it. as you drive it will eventually go down. i overfilled my car before but it eventually went down after i drove it for a few miles. if it ran down over the paint then just pour water over the side of your car so it won,t hurt the paint.

Issues with windows and gas gage- 99 Volkwagen Jetta?

My husband and I just bought a 1999 VW Jetta Wolfsburg edition. The car is in great shape and only has 82k miles on and one previous owner. Clear title. Our issues are:
The drivers sides (electric) don't work. The driver window is stuck in the closed position and the driver's side passenger window is stuck in the down position. I've heard this is a common problem with Jetta's. Is this true and is there any quick fix or solution?

DO YOUR BACK WINDOWS WORK AT ALL? IF NOT THEN YOU MAY HAVE A BAD FUSE IN THE POWER WINDOW CIRCUIT. IF THEY DO WORK THEN YOU MOST LIKELY HAVE BAD WINDOW REGULATORS ON BOTH FT WINDOWS. THE FUEL GAUGE LAMP ON ALL THE TIME IS A CIRCUITRY PROBLEM IN THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER ITSELF. NO FIX FOR THAT. YOU HAVE TO REPACE THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER. GET ONE FROM A JUNK YARD. YOU WONT BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE MILEAGE THOUGH. WHY YOU CANT GET BUT 1 OR 2 GALLONS IN YOUR TANK IS SOMETHING ELSE. THE FUEL FLOWS DOWN THE FILLER PIPE PAST THE EVAP CANISTER VENT INTO THE TANK. PERHAPS YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THERE OR IN THE FUEL TANK PRESSURE RELIEF VENT VALVE. IF NOT VENTING THE FORCE OF FUEL GOING INTO THE TANK KICKS THE FUEL BACK UP THE FILLER PIPE.
I WOULD SIMPLY TELL THE VW SERVICE CONSULTANT THAT YOU DONT KNOW FOR SURE WHAT THE CAUSE OF THIS IS BUT PLEASE FIND OUT AND TO CALL AS SOON AS HE KNOWS FOR YOUR AUTHORIZATION TO REPAIR. SAME GOES FOR THE WINDOWS AND LOW FUEL LITE/INACCURATE FUEL GAUGE READING. PAY THE DIAGNOSTICS CHARGE IF NOTHING ELSE FOR THE IMFO AND ESTIMATE.
I CURRENTLY OWN A 2.0L 1998 JETTA WOLFSBURG. I HAVE OTHER VW'S TOO. ALSO I AM A MASTER CERTIFIED VW SERVICE CONSULTANT AND MY CERTIFICATIONS ARE CURRENT THRU 2009. GOOD LUCK.
