Dunlop Aerogel Rush
Which Tennis Racket should I use?
I really can't decide. I'm leaning towards the Dunlop Aerogel 300. But i'm open to more advice, I really don't want to rush and buy this racket.
I'm looking for a price range of about $100-150. I prefer light rackets, But if it's decently heavy it's ok. I'm 14, 5'8, I'm an all court player, I use speed/accuracy over power. But sometimes need to switch for some matches. What strings would you recommend it too?
Thanks for any answers.
the aerogel is a really good racket! The m-fil dunlop rackets are good too except I think they might be last years model so you can probably get them for around $100 or cheaper they work about the same as the aerogel just made a little different. I have an m-fil and I love it! just got it last year. I string mine with yonex 850 pro strings because they work so well! highly recommend them. They add extra spin and are really good for control and speed. You can get them at tenniswarehouse.com also you can probably get a deal on your racket there too! oh and if you are not already try using a shock absorber they work wonders! LOL they are great for adding power and still keeping it under control.

Aerogel Sample Disc $39.99 Lots of science comes from amusing circumstances. Penicillin, for example, was discovered from someone saying, "You gonna eat that?" to Alexander Fleming. Marie Curie was really just looking for a cool glow in the dark paint to make the ceiling in her bedroom have "stars!" And aerogel was created in 1931 due to a bet between two scientists. Ok, the first two were just jokes, but that last one is true. A bet led to the discovery of aerogel - considered by some to be the substance that will help humans reach Mars - and now you can get some for your very own! Silica aerogel--the same ethereal blue material used by NASA to insulate electronics on the Mars rovers and to capture comet dust on the Stardust mission--is now available for the rest of us! Also known as frozen smoke, aerogel is one of those super cool materials that you have heard about but probably never experienced in person. Now all that can change in an instant with this sample disc. Makes a great conversation piece or display item. Extremely hard-to-find transparent monolithic form. Perfect for gifts, science projects, and display. These aerogels have a density of ~0.095 g/cc, meaning they are an incredible 96% air by volume. Product Specifications World's lowest density solid World's best thermal insulating solid Super cool material, great for display Sample disc in small storage box Comes with handling instructions card Please note: disc is very fragile, must be handled carefully |

Nanostructured Silica Aerogel $170.47 In recent years, interest in the preparation and characterization of the nanoporous materials has grown due to their distinctive properties and potential applications. Among them, silica aerogel are transparent, highly porous and lightest synthetic solids. Silica aerogels, prepared by solgel method followed by supercritical drying, have various extraordinary properties viz. low density ( 20 mg/cm3) and thermal conductivity (0.05 W/mK), low sound velocity ( 100 m/s) and large surface area (> 1500 m2/g). Due to this unique combination of properties, aerogels are considered as a new class solid state porous material having various scientific and technological applications like super insulating transparent fillers in double walled windows, catalytic supports, Cerenkov detectors, filters and containers for capturing of micrometeorites in space. However, economic largescale industrial production of silica aerogels is hampered by expensive supercritical drying methods. The present book describes the results of detailed studies made on the synthesis and characterization of silica aerogels and related nanoporous materials by various methods and precursors at ambient pressure. Kimmi,If it bothers you that I say Berdych choked, I won’t say it because that is mot my purpose. To me choking is giving away a win. If someone is ahead and can’t close a match.
