why is my hair feeling brittle and dry?
ok so im asian. and my hair used to be all soft and silky. and now im finding a lot of pieces turning to be a bit dry and brittle. it feels nasty when i feel different strands of my hair. i rarely straighten my hair. and i wash my hair every other day(shampoo and conditioner).i never dyed my hair either..all i do is put it up..or leave it down. any advice?
I'm asian too! And i was in the same situation lol.
well my doctor said that i wash my hair too often with shampoo and stuff...so lay back on the shampoo and conditioner, and just rinse your hair every now and then.
you can also eat veggies, and fruit that'll help the minerals in your scalp for better looking hair

What is the best way to lose the dry feeling you get in the winter time?
Please, nothing overly simple like apply lotions, use hair conditioner, etc. I mean if you have something really unique and specific that works for you involving lotions, bring it. But make sure its cool and not boring if you want my 10 pts. I'll also take answers like ... drrive south to a warm beach. Cause I'm desperate. Im like dry friggin kindle... help!

I'm from the north, although I don't live there anymore. I find that the best way to beat dry skin is to avoid salt, caffeine (easier said than done : ), and keep a diet rich in olive oil or other healthy fats such as salmon, nuts or avocado. Drink lots of water, avoid processed food. I never would have believed this until I tried it myself. It's like eating your moisturizer!

Honestly, whether or not you wear glasses shouldn’t really factor into if a girl is truly interested in you or not. A lot of guys look good in glasses. About your contacts … try Acuvue Oasys with Hydraclear Plus. They let a lot more moisture through the lenses therefore they don’t have the dry feeling which I think is why yours feel uncomfortable.
