Crystal Side Drive
One of my new speakers is distorted. Did I blow them, or could some wires be bad?
I have recently began updating my 2000 Chevy Cavalier Z24's audio system. I have a Sony Xplod headunit in, and more recently put in 6x4 Infinity Kappa 462.9cfp (4x6) in the front, and Infinity Kappa 692.7i (6x9) in the back. Upon getting them professionally installed at best buy, I was told not to turn the volume past 24 (goes up to 50) for the first week, to let the speakers break in.
A week and a half of driving later, I tried to slowly 'break them in' and turn up the volume. Upon doing so, my front right speaker gets distorted. It is fine up to about 26 or 27 (depending on what kind of music I listen to).
I have also tried diverting power to the rear of the car, and the left side of the car, and all the other speakers sound crystal clear up into the mid 30's.
Did I blow the speaker by maybe playing it too loud too soon? Ive also heard one of my friends at work say that it could have some bad wires. Or is there something else going on?
Hey man, yeah i know how you feel, get all worried and like SHIT! Lol but nah dont worry, ive had many speakers, they just gotta get broke in, plus if you did blow them, they should fix after about 6 hours of play. Dont worry man, your aight.

Is my creatine normal?
i've been gyming for 3 months and i've been using protein shakes, but saw no gains, so i decided to start creatine. I took my first 2 spoon fulls (recommended dosage) yesterday after gyming, and when i woke up today my eyes were red, i was feeling tired irritated and i had a very unusually short temper and i had a elevated sex drive.
I drank two liters of water after taking the creatine, the creatine left a salty residue on the side of the glass, there were tiny salt looking crystal's.
It is a white tasteless powder when dry. it is proclaimed to be 100% creatine monohydrate
Was this real creatine?
its called working out lol. creatine is an amino acid. glutamine is another one used for muscle building. then help you recover faster.
it sounds like i take the same stuff and yes it is real. i get mine from prosource, i pour i teaspoon in my shake before and after a workout. it is 100% creatine. it doesn't dissolve in water either.
3 months is not enough time to see much results. creatine and other supplements for body building are not regulated by the FDA so there is some controversy on whether or not it should have regulations. many people use it, you will make better gains but i found that it caused an increase in my acne.
i had a friend who describes having anger problems while taking it.the most important thing to remember is that muscle building takes time so dont rush it and you don't need supplements to get big although they help.
