If they're brother/sister then why does her name end with an A and his doesn't? Because if they had a different father then why would their last name be almost the same just with one letter being the difference? Which means they definitely have the same father. Which makes no sense why their last names differ by one letter?
It's because they are Russian, and as is the tradition in that country, the males do not have a' at the end of their names, but the females do. It's kind of weird, i know!
