How to ace the 100m and 200m run?
So, right now it is February 12th, and Track Day is on May 20th, I want to make it so bad, but I am not sure I have the skills too. I am willing to work out 7 days a week, until track day. The thing is, I don't have proper equipment, and I cannot train outside for a while as it is very cold out. I have to face not just everyone who is in my grade, but everyone that is my age. I have a very early birthday so that means I am against some of the guys in a grade higher than me, and some of them are extremely fast and well built. I would like to know what could make me stand a chance, and what I could do for the next 3 months that could help me with the 100m and 200m!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D Please and Thanks

Use performance enhancing drugs, mostly HGH. This should help you out a lot. If you get caught, you'll be able to outrun the cops.

How do I keep my Cool?
There is this Basketball player that Pisses me off, He play like an MMA Fighter not Basketball. He Bumps you mid-air which is dangerous, Grapples you and even takes you down.
I already got some Technical Fouls because of him, Had a Warning for taunting. then a Technical for throwing the ball at his ace after hitting me in the Eye. and a Technical Foul when I made him Fly mid-air. I bumped him too. that got me Ejected.
Its just that, its he is a Trashtalk Machine that play MMA, WWE in Basketball. I Wanna Break his Nose when we play them again in the near future.
How do I keep my Cool?
My coach, (ok, girl's ball, but we were good) said take it out on the court, in the game. If he got you to draw a technical then he did his job & youF'd up. Remember, it's just a game.
