im choosing between the KFive 108, the babolot pure drive roddick, and the babolat aeropro drive plus (cortex)
Any opinions?
Aeropro Drive Cortex-THE BEST
It gives major spin and it actually surprised me by giving me a ton of power, people tell me that the aeropro gives no power but It gave me a ton. In my opinion I would take the aeropro drive the pure drive roddick has no spin and is a little too heavy. If you are still undecided, demo all three and then chose

Babolat Pure Drive Roddick GT Racquet Review

ok so right now i have an O3 white i hate it so much i call it p.o.c, , k so i was thinking about getting a better racket like a babolot pure drive which has excellent power and control, more power tho haha, and then i went to this clinic and demoed a k factor zen. the zen has a 103 head size, and pure drive is 100, i hit really well with the zen i could place really welly well and my power was alittle less then the pure drive but i felt more control. ahhh i cant decide on what one to get, HELP, and plz dont say get both because i need more $ haha k thanks
If you prefer a racquet that has good control, but you want to get a little more power from it, simply have it strung a bit looser. All tennis racquets come with the manufacturers recomended string tension. For example, if the recomended tension is
50-60 lbs., string it more toward the middle of the two (55 lbs.).
To understand how this works, it helps to picture a trampoline. The looser the trampoline, the further a person sinks into it, thus throwing them higher into the air. Ditto with racquet strings. Tight strings have less of this "trampoline" effect.

/>You can make the Roddick more headlight, but that will not lower its swingweight. We cannot lower swingweight by adding weight, only by removing it. Removing weight is very difficult. The easiest option would be to bring the AeroPro Drive GT up to the Roddick spec incrementally so you gradually get used to the increases in weight. I would go with a weighted up AeroPro Drive and then maybe look at the Roddick again when you are used to heavier racquets.
