Airo Tennis I just bought a Prince AirO racket, does the weight matter?
I'm a tennis beginner, and I don't know anything about rackets.
The rackets says AirO Storm and it's not very heavy, it's kind of light.
I don't know if I made the right choice. I don't have a problem by going back to the store, returning it, and buying a better more costing racket.
If you guys could help me out I will really appreciate it.
I really didn't think it through when I got it, I was confused and I liked the color.
What's a good racket for a beginner?
Does it matter how heavy a racket is?
What should I look for in the size, tension and pattern?

The overall weight is not important compared to the weight balance. Most racquets are either head heavy or head light. I think head light is more useful for maneuvering swings and allows you to focus on putting spin on your serves while head heavy are generally helps generate power shots.
So typically for beginners, head heavy would be good since most beginners want more power. However, as you get stronger you don't need racquets that provide power but instead more control so head light would be more recommended.
I never tried AirO, but check to see if it head light or head heavy. If it was head heavy, then you should like it if you wanted more power. If it's head light, then you would like it if you wanted to focus on making fast swings. String tension helps too, its weird but true fact that the lower tensions give more power than higher tensions. If you want more power tell someone to string it for you in 55 lbs but if you want Control then tell him to string it at 58 lbs. 60lbs if you want complete accuracy. The average string tension for most racquets are around 50-62 pounds.

Headsize matters too! Bigger racquets will generally give you more power (110 inches) while small headsizes give perfect aim ( 90-95 inches ). I prefer a balance though, my racquet is 100 inches, small headsizes require too much focus for me.
