What Can I Do To Prepare Myself For Tennis?
Hi(: So my boyfriend is going to coach me in tennis this Spring, but I'm not sure what I need to do to prepare myself physically so I dont completely suck. I've only played tennis a few times before but I'm far from good at it. So what are some excersizes and muscle groups I should work on before we start training? I dont have a tennis racquet or any tennis balls so drills are out of the question ):
Thanks in advance.
practice arm/shoulder excercises, footwork, & most importantly, cardio. you may also want to stretch...& work on stomach/core. & speed...have fun
