Adidas Duffel bag: Small or Medium?

i am looking at the style called "santiago"-http://www.modells.com/product/index.jsp?productId=1735538&kwCatId=&kw=adidas+duffel&origkw=adidas+duffel&sr=1&s=A-StorePrice-MOD

the one in the link is a medium, but they also have smalls. I would use it to carry tennis stuff(sneakers, racket, possibly change of clothes) and a few school books. Which would be a better choice for what I need?

OK. But why do you need a smaller one..?
The best option is always medium or larger ones. For you the best choice could be a medium one, for the things you have described can be easily accommodated in a medium size bag and you will still have place for certain things that you will remember later--like water bottles, some soft drinks or juices or energising drinks, and towels etc..
My sincere advise for you shall be for a medium size bag.
